After you’ve approved the concept, our drafting team gets to work. We create detailed floor plans based on your final design and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant building codes.
End-to-End Approvals & Setup
ORANA by AJC Modular handles the full approval and compliance process including town planner coordination. Victoria, South Australia and Queensland only. Contact Us for our options for all other states.
Once approvals are in place, your home is constructed in a purpose-built, controlled production environment. Using a precision-engineered steel frame system, each build is delivered with a higher level of structural integrity, consistency, and finish compared to traditional construction methods.
